Test your skills at our superhero obstacle course, create a super hero bracelet, and take your photo with some “real” superheroes! With a passion for entomology (that means he likes bugs!) Ryan has been sharing his knowledge and creature collection for over 30 years! Come and see how incredible insects can be. This week we’ll have two shows: a show at 10 am for our youngest readers (suggested ages 2-6 please) and a show at 1 pm for our older readers (ages 6 and up).

This year we welcome our local community heroes including the Middletown Police Department, Middletown Fire Company, and South Central EMS who will be visiting us at Hoffer Park on Wed. August 12th. Participants will also have the chance to run through our "Superhero Obstacle Course" and are encouraged to wear their superhero masks, capes, or costumes! Vineyard at Hershey 598 Schoolhouse Road, MiddletownCentral Pa Car Shows has teamed up with The Vineyard and Brewery at Hershey for Wine, Wheels, & Beer for a day of relaxation, music, food, and lots of car show fun. Library Card Sign Up Day
Middletown Public LibraryChildren ages 5 and older may sign-up for their own library card. Parents/guardians must be with the child and have a current photo ID. All children who sign-up or display their library card will receive a free lunch and a free book courtesy of Kiwanis Club of Middletown.

Middletown Public LibraryCaring Hearts Pet Therapy program Tales with T.A.I.L.S. (Therapy Animals Increase Literacy Skills) seeks to improve children’s reading and communication skills with the assistance of registered therapy animal teams. The children are encouraged to read, engage, and connect with the pet. Bring your favorite book or two or choose one here at the library to share with one of our animal friends.
