DESCRIPTION:Last but not least – those who complete the summer reading program by completing a BLACKOUT on their BINGO card by Sat. August 8th are invited to our end of summer picnic celebration. This year we welcome our local community heroes including the Middletown Police Department\, Middletown Fire Company\, and South Central EMS who will be visiting us at Hoffer Park on Wed. August 12th. Participants will also have the chance to run through our “Superhero Obstacle Course” and are encouraged to wear their superhero masks\, capes\, or costumes! Dinner will also be served courtesy of Kiwanis Club of Middletown. Guests at the celebration picnic must have completed the summer reading program AND register for the picnic by Sat.
